We really enjoyed our 16 day trip to Thailand. All of our hotels were fantastic and provided different experiences. We particularly enjoyed the beaches, Elephant Park, and Bangkok food tour. We were grateful for the guidance to take a day to recover from the trip and really appreciated having an hotel with a pool to relax at during peak Summer season. All of our guides and transfers were professional, however there were some English communication challenges at times which lead logistics confusion and not fully understanding the history of some sites.

I would give the trip and company 4.5 stars but that is not an option. Overall, the trip was interesting and we felt the program allowed us to get a good overview of both Vietnam and Cambodia. Ms. Ha at the travel agency was excellent to work with---she was very prompt in responding to our queries, helped us plan a great itinerary, and attended to glitches right away. The arrangements, especially in Vietnam, were very good. The guides were always punctual, they were knowledgeable about their cities and keen to share that knowledge with enthusiasm. We appreciated the fact that in Hanoi, our guide went out of his way to help us with money exchange and pharmacy purchases and also allowed us to fit in an unscheduled visit to the Hanoi Hilton (at our expense of course). It was also very nice to have dinner with Ha our final day in Vietnam. The cruise on Halong bay was a bit disappointing---for people who do not want to kayak or swim, there were very few activities, and the ship spent a lot of time anchored rather than cruising. The rooms on board however were very good. All hotel choices were very good, and we would like to give a shout out to the hotel in Hoi An, which was a charming place to stay at.We enjoyed Cambodia, but the 95+ degree heat detracted somewhat from our enjoyment and exploration of the temples in Siem Reap. Due to a mix up with the operator in Cambodia, and despite our mentioning this to the guide, we went to all the temples in a single day, which was somewhat exhausting. Our guide was knowledgeable, but seemed to go strictly by the book (parts of Angkor Wat were closed to tourists the first day because of the king's visit). The next day's excursion to Tonle Sap lake and Banteay Srei temple was slower paced and more enjoyable. On our free third day we hired a tuktuk and enjoyed a trip through the countryside to the Landmines museum. Our guide in Phnom Penh was great and made recent history come alive.

Travel agency was great. They dealt with us delaying the trip a couple times secondary to the persistent issue with Covid. They were very flexible and quickly responsive at all times. We had many changes and adjustments with our itinerary over the couple of years adjusting the trip. They took care of things without a problem. Could not be more pleased with my dealings with them and would definitely use them again.

Albee from this travel company helped plan my trip to Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Albee helped design the perfect trip for us, since it was a private trip for 2! She listened and modified the itinerary during the planning, and kept in touch with tips and timely notices along the way. She designed an awesome trip for us with a perfect balance of structure and free time, tourist sights with local culture, beautiful hotels in such convenient locations... perfectly paced trip without a single snag! Guides and drivers met us seamlessly and were all attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and fun! With Albee's insights, this trip surpassed any of my expectations! I highly recommend her without any hesitation!

We had an amazing trip. Pretty much faultless, everything was easy and very well organised and any small thing that we wanted addressing throughout the holiday was actioned immediately. Our travel specialist was great and frequently checked in as well throughout the holiday. Before the holiday our travel specialist offered many ideas of what to do but worked really closely with me on preparation as I liked many ideas but there were particular things/hotels we wanted to go to and these were all incorporated. Our travel specialist also helped with Visa preparation etc. On our last day before we left for the airport our travel specialist called the hotel for a final check in which was lovely. We (my husband and I) both have high standards and we came away having what I think was one of our favourite trips, and we travel a fair bit. Thanks to the travel company and in particular our travel specialist.

I can’t imagine going to Thailand without this Travel Company: they gave us a beautiful, tailor-made itinerary with no-stress travel from beginning to end. At the outset, our decision to use Zicasso for this trip was based on the following factors: 1) previous amazing experience booking/planning our honeymoon, 2) loved ones’ stories of travel difficulties in Thailand, and 3) our confidence in the travel planner’s (owner and founder, Travel Company) abilities and expertise. Additionally, my husband and I have very demanding careers with very little personal time; thus, planning a Thailand itinerary that incorporated every city and activity we desired seemed like a gargantuan task.
Of those we spoke to, our travel planner was most exceptional, and his own experiences of once being a newcomer in Thailand shaped his unique perspective on must-see sights and worthwhile adventures. Our planner spent a great deal of time speaking to us one-on-one by phone as he planned the trip, and stayed available to us throughout our time in Thailand by an app. Our trip was 14-days (18 days counting travel), and involved many transfers by air, car, boat, and bus. The planner advised us on what to book, and even helped us decide the cities and length of time spent in each city. Our itinerary incorporated 3 nights in Chiang Mai, 5 nights in Krabi, 4 nights in Bangkok (6 if you count the first and last nights), and 2 nights in Kanchanaburi. Our travel planner booked every single activity, hotel, and car, bus, boat, and flight for us: from in-country domestic flights to making dinner reservations for us. For Krabi, I wanted a jacuzzi villa at a beautiful resort only accessible by boat and he secured it for us! The most difficult hotel to book was the floating villa on the River Kwai; it’s considered one of the most beautiful floating hotels in the world, so it was a high-priority and somewhat difficult but our planner did it!
Since I am vegetarian, the travel planner went above-and-beyond to book me vegetarian meals on every domestic flight and for every activity. Every guide and/or driver was made aware of the vegetarian issue, and--in the end--it was as if I had more [vegetarian] food than the meat-eaters! I’ve never felt so accepted and included as I did on this trip. I’ve been to countries where these accommodations were not fully provided by guides/agents; thankfully, these struggles have long been “history” since we started booking with Zicasso!
Even if he was out of the office, our planner had us connected with his other team members, and every guide and driver was provided our contact and vice versa. For our time in Kanchanaburi, we were booked an amazing guide who was with us from pick-up to drop-off (3 days!) for all of our Kanchanaburi activities. I had a concerning abrasion after a fall in Krabi, and our guide took us to a hospital, translated for us, and even coordinated with the doctors to expedite our clinic visit.
We can’t imagine our trip without this Travel Company, and the fabulously flawless care provided by the travel planner and his team. Our planner’s dedication to perfectionism and seamlessness shines through how he runs the company, and we are grateful that we were matched up with them. For anyone on the fence, the extra funds required to book a comprehensive package really are worth it for Thailand. Especially if you want to travel outside of the city you fly into, hiring a team like this company is absolutely imperative if you want confidence and trust in those transporting you and guiding you through each city.

Zicasso Travel is a company that matches a customer’s Wish List to a Travel Agency that has expertise in the country you want go to, and that’s the key. What a great service! Zicasso forwarded our information to this travel specialist for a trip to Myanmar. The travel specialist's service and knowledge in planning our month long, private tour was exceptional. Our agent's ability to accommodate my special needs had our trip be “the trip of a lifetime.” Our agent's communication with the local guides was seamless. Every detail during our travels went like clockwork. You only get one chance to make memories like these.Use these companies to plan your trip - you won’t be disappointed!

Good trip. Good company. They made some stumbles (we requested twin beds but in every hotel we were given a king sized bed and had to correct their mistake) but overall were pretty good. I'd endorse Myanmar as a place worth traveling to. The people there are as friendly as described and our local guides did everything they could to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.
