The travel agency was excellent to work with.Alessandra was so talented in planning and organizing an amazing trip to Italy. She made recommendations that greatly added to the experience. She has a fantastic network of contacts that she used to create a most memorable experience.She and her team were a pleasure to work with. We would work with her again, without any hesitation, to plan another trip to Italy!

The travel agency (Rachel) gets a 5-star rating without qualification. Rachel was easy to communicate with and to work with. She was always very responsive. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in this first-time visit to Costa Rica (mainly a focus on experiencing the biodiversity of the country) and planned an itinerary for me and my daughter that matched exactly what I wanted. Our itinerary included visits to Tortuguero, Monteverde, the Osa Peninsula, and a coffee plantation outside San Jose. The tours and lodging she arranged were all outstanding. The sequence of the various places we visited and the pace of each day were perfect. Our guides were excellent. In-country transportation transfers occurred without a hitch. I highly recommend using this travel comapny when planning your trip to Costa Rica.   

The travel agency did a wonderful job, helping us plan our itinerary in Italy. We visited Venice, Florence, the Tuscany region, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast. The travel agency arranged for us to have private and small group tours, which allowed us to engage in conversation with the Italian people. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! The history was fascinating, as we visited museums and cathedrals in Venice and Florence. We enjoyed wonderful food at the winery, our pizza party, pasta making party, and at the goat cheese farm in Tuscany. We enjoyed wonderful grilled out food while overlooking the beautiful Tuscany region at a family owned, organic olive oil producing company.  In Sorrento, and on the Amalfi coast, we enjoyed the beautiful, coastal views, and the abundance of lemon trees. Our drivers were on time, with car seats when needed for our three grandchildren, ages 4, 2, and five months. The travel company was very attentive to our needs, and we are grateful for their help in making this a wonderful vacation!

Wow! We had a great trip. 4 weeks in Greece felt like just a few days. Nikos was a gem: he listened to our itinerary requests and fully embraced them, given us just the right kind of suggestions to enhance the experience. During the trip, he was just a click away to respond promptly to our occasional special requests. 

Bulent was such an amazing planner for my parent's trip to Turkey. Genuinely a kind, empathetic and motivated person! Those qualities really show how he is such a great travel planner. I wanted to gift my parents a trip to Turkey as my appreciation to them for helping me get my first job and paycheck. I relayed this information to Bulent, and he single-handedly molded all my asks/expectations into the budget I had in mind. He truly was so understanding and patient and curated amazing experiences for my parents. They loved everything about the trip and raved about the quiet luxury and culture that Bulent and his team instilled. They loved Turkey so much and brought so many things back, and would not hesitate to rave about the hotels, food, people, architecture, and even the ease/luxury of transportation. The hotels and the tours were amazing. Each tour guide was super interesting and knowledgeable and pleasant. We were able to get into the Vatican early and see the Sistine Chapel without a crowd, which was just awesome. I went with my fourteen year old son and he loves history and we just had the best time. I will say that tourism is in full force in Italy, so paying extra for quiet and well run hotels was worth it. 

Penny from the travel agency was an incredible travel planner.  Our travel planning was a bit out of the ordinary, primarily because our original travel plans had to be postponed due to visa delays...after we had already fully booked the trip.  Penny planned an amazing initial itinerary, based on careful consideration of our strongest interests and preferences.  When that original itinerary had to be rescheduled, Penny did not miss a beat...she was able to largely preserve our initial (and ideal) itinerary, but also went to great lengths to ensure our rescheduling costs were kept to a minimum.  When we were finally able to take our long-awaited trip to Australia, we were not disappointed.  The trip, and itinerary, exceeded our expectations.  We can't thank Penny, and the travel agency, enough for sticking with us throughout a challenging travel planning event, and for delivering an amazing trip that we will never forget.

The trip, organized by the travel agency, was amazing. In total, two couples a week on Italy’s Amalfi Coast and three weeks in Sicily. One couple continued on to the Calabria and Puglia regions for a total of 38 days. As one might imagine, a trip this long in so many regions was complex, especially because private drivers and local guides were arranged throughout We started working with the travel agency about seven months prior to the trip. Robert listened to our preferences and developed an amazing itinerary that included activities, such as mozzarella and cannoli making as well as archaeological explorations and city tours. Working with both Robert and the team was a delight. As one might expect, on a trip this long and complex there was the inevitable hiccup. The travel company's in-country support person was responsive and, ultimately, the few minor issues were resolved promptly. Robert came to the rescue one time when a hotel abruptly cancelled and the result was a better property with amazing sea views. Because the travel agency was so creative, thorough and reliable, all of us were able to enjoy the trip without worry or stress.
