Belize is a beautiful and fascinating country! This was our first time there. We had heard glowing reports about the country, its scenery, its culture, and its people. Our high expectations were exceeded! Our Belize adventure was enabled and enhanced by the outstanding and courteous service of Catarina and the team at the travel agency. As soon as Zicasso put us in touch with Catarina, she took an active interest in our Belize travel plans, and tailored a wonderful trip agenda to suit our needs and wishes. We loved the hotels she booked us into, as well as each of the excursions that she arranged for us. Thank you very much to Catarina, this travel company, and Zicasso!

My family trip to Belize was amazing and stress free! Our travel agency was phenomenal at responding to my (many) questions and offered great suggestions. We had a van break down on one of the days and they were so quick to respond to our needs - our planned day was uninterrupted… it was like it never happened.  Highly recommend!

Our travel agency was very responsive and easy to work with. Catarina definitely understood what we were looking to experience in Belize and put together a great set of options for resorts and experiences. Communication with Catarina was efficient and she was very responsive when we had questions. We had a great time on the trip - both in Cayo and at the beach - and highly recommend the country and our travel company.

Catarina was absolutely phenomenal! Every part of our trip was planned to perfection, from the minute we arrived to when we left. It even started with the beautifully detailed, 18-page itinerary she made for us. We are a family of six - with four boys between the ages of 10-17 - and Catarina customized a fantastic package specifically for our needs. The resorts she picked were excellent, all the partners she set us up with were reliable, friendly and knowledgeable. She checked in with us multiple times throughout our stay and even helped make an additional birthday dinner booking for my oldest son, while we were there. If I could give this travel agency more than 5 stars I would!!!

I had a very pleasant experience on my trip. Everyone we came in contact with was kind, knowledgeable, and committed to ensure we had a great time. The response times were quick in getting back to inquires made. 

The travel company did a great job in providing us exactly the trip we were looking for.All items were as described in their proposal.All connections between the various resorts were made effortlessly. 

An amazing array of experiences from cultural to culinary to outdoor adventures. They worked with us to include what we were most interested in and provided great recommendations of things we never would have considered. 

What an enjoyable trip!!  Thanks to our travel agent from this travel company we had an incredible experience during our trip to Guatemala with our 2 year old daughter, Charlie.  It was Charlie's first trip out of the country and our agent helped ensure that it was a great for all of us.  She booked us at beautiful hotel in Antigua, arranged for transportation to, from, and around the city with a child seat, connected us with the perfect guide for a young family, and recommended family friendly activities.  She also arranged a babysitter for us so that my husband and I could enjoy two nights out.  I would definitely recommend booking a trip to Guatemala with this travel agent.

The trip was expertly planned by the travel company and executed down to the minute by our guide! The accommodations during the trip were amazing - the views from the hotel in Palopo were breathtaking!
