Overall, David and the team prepared a fantastic month long journey through Australia and New Zealand!  We loved every minute of it.  David was excellent in listening to what we wanted to do, and what we did not want to do...and crafted a trip accordingly.  Over the course of our trip we had a few mishaps (cancelled flights and a cancellation by one of our tour guides) but David and team were monitoring and kept things moving.I would definitely recommend the travel agency again for their responsiveness and openness to orchestrating the trip you desire!

Eleanor from the travel agency was amazing. She planned our trip meticulously and thought of every detail. She tailored the trip to our wishes and gave us wonderful recommendations and restaurant choice’s throughout. The hotels she chose were first rate. She thought of every detail, including providing information on where to park. She was very responsive to questions we had while traveling. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the experience she provided. 

The travel agency did a wonderful job, helping us plan our itinerary in Italy. We visited Venice, Florence, the Tuscany region, Sorrento, and the Amalfi Coast. The travel agency arranged for us to have private and small group tours, which allowed us to engage in conversation with the Italian people. Everyone was so kind and welcoming! The history was fascinating, as we visited museums and cathedrals in Venice and Florence. We enjoyed wonderful food at the winery, our pizza party, pasta making party, and at the goat cheese farm in Tuscany. We enjoyed wonderful grilled out food while overlooking the beautiful Tuscany region at a family owned, organic olive oil producing company.  In Sorrento, and on the Amalfi coast, we enjoyed the beautiful, coastal views, and the abundance of lemon trees. Our drivers were on time, with car seats when needed for our three grandchildren, ages 4, 2, and five months. The travel company was very attentive to our needs, and we are grateful for their help in making this a wonderful vacation!

Our trip to Colombia was incredible.  Brian and his team were exceptional to deal with - we will recommend them to anyone who wants a personalized travel itinerary planned.   

We were exceptionally satisfied to work with Mr. Jorge from the travel agency.  He spent a great deal of time with us prior to the trip in order to get to know us by phone and in writing.  He did not try to fit us into a one size fits all package.  Instead, he attentively listened to our preferences and got a sense of our personas.  In so doing he designed our personalized dream vacation.  He made sure that our special needs were met. He provided us with first class guides, hotels and transportation.Whenever we needed to speak with him during our trip, he was available to us and responded with patients, grace and humor.  Mr. Jorge went beyond his usual services and arranged a vegetarian meal for our flight as well as to reserve a wheelchair for me.  He was even able to intervene on our behalf at the Madrid airport when we arrived and could not get a wheelchair that was specifically reserved for me.It has been a great pleasure for us to work with Mr. Jorge.  Thank you Ziscasso for recommending this travel agency.Sincerely,  Henie Kurzman 

Excellent in the pre-planning stages.  Listened and responded to the group's wants and desires. Execution flawless.  Great accommodations, fantastic driver and quick to react when we made changes on the fly.  Very good local guides provided in each destination that required it.  Always got us restaurant reservations and our driver was available to us at any time.  Can't say enough about this company.  5 stars well deserved. 

Bulent was such an amazing planner for my parent's trip to Turkey. Genuinely a kind, empathetic and motivated person! Those qualities really show how he is such a great travel planner. I wanted to gift my parents a trip to Turkey as my appreciation to them for helping me get my first job and paycheck. I relayed this information to Bulent, and he single-handedly molded all my asks/expectations into the budget I had in mind. He truly was so understanding and patient and curated amazing experiences for my parents. They loved everything about the trip and raved about the quiet luxury and culture that Bulent and his team instilled. They loved Turkey so much and brought so many things back, and would not hesitate to rave about the hotels, food, people, architecture, and even the ease/luxury of transportation. Our trip was perfect! Mariana from the travel agency provided us with extraordinary service and expertise. We decided early on that we wanted to experience as much of Portugal as we could during a two week stay. That meant visiting different areas of the country, which made creating an itinerary a challenging task. We started in Lisbon, then headed to the Algarve, to the Azores, to Porto, and then finishing back in Lisbon...with many stops along the way. Mariana set us up with excellent hotel accommodations and restaurants, excellent transportation, superb guides throughout,  and activities that suited us perfectly.Mariana's attention to detail was exemplary, and she worked very hard to accommodate our unique requests. Our communications with her couldn't have been better...when we needed her she was there for us in a timely way. I can't say enough about Mariana. She epitomizes what a travel consultant should be.
