Nico and the team were helpful, informative and communicative from the earliest planning stages to a personal phone call the day we left the Baltic countries for our return home. Their hotel recommendations proved to be excellent choices and while I'm certain they treat all of their guests well I'm also certain that a booking from this travel agency received special attention and consideration. Our guides were professional in every respect and we enjoyed our time with them. Our drivers were prompt, courteous, and cautious. The published itinerary, which included so many "extras" such as convenient restaurant choices and historical information on each locale, was the best I've seen and should be a model for other companies. I applaud this travel agency for their fine work and I applaud Zicasso for using them.

Our travel specialist was amazing! From the first time I contacted them with a vague idea of what I wanted to do in the Baltics, they responded quickly and provided an amazing itinerary. We were originally supposed to take this trip in March 2020, but three days before we were to leave all European flights were canceled. Our travel specialist helped us get vouchers for everything. We rebooked this trip twice before finally being able to go, and every time they were kind and accommodating. It was actually very easy! I watched several of my friends try to figure out how to rebook or get refunds. This travel company managed everything for us.
They went above and beyond creating a full and dynamic trip. I asked for help in arranging other events, like opera tickets in Riga or a spa experience in Tallinn, and they were quick to figure out the best way to get it done. They were in contact with me frequently and if something came up (for example one of the museums we were supposed to see on tour was closed due to a holiday), they would notify me immediately and help arrange something else. The trip was incredible.
From the moment we landed in Lithuania until we took off from Estonia, everything went smoothly. The hotels were beautiful. All of our tour guides were engaging and fun! One of the reasons my husband and I wanted to go to the Baltics was to look at some of the USSR communist history. Several of our tour guides were open about their experiences and told stories of growing up in the USSR, and then how things were after the collapse. We did a food tour in Vilnius that was absolutely spectacular. This trip was absolutely perfect and I am so glad we used our travel specialist!

We loved our travel route and our private drivers. The cities we visited were outstanding - we especially loved Vilnius. We had a minor hiccup with our transfer to the ferry to Helsinki, but all's well that ends well - we made it in time and our travel company even sent some champagne to our room in Helsinki for the trouble.
