They were fantastic!  Every detail was planned and we loved the idea that we got to meet our destination manager once we arrived at the hotel.  The package she provided (small souvenirs, itinerary, small mobile phone) was invaluable.  The tour guides the travel company provided were fun, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional.

We enjoyed our trip to Romania. The Itinerary was spectacular and easy to plan with your expert before the onset of our trip. All worked seamlessly after we arrived. Our guides during our trip were unique, interesting and informative. We also had good drivers who always arrived on time and were knowledgeable.

From the moment I was contacted by this travel agent, I felt as though he truly cared about my travel experience. I had recently suffered a personal tragedy and was using this extended vacation in Europe as a means of recovering. I had an idea of what countries I wanted to visit but little beyond that. My agent analyzed available tours and found one that met my interests and departure timeline....which wasn't long. He only had about 10 days to plan and execute this almost month-long trip for me and he did so flawlessly. There were very few hiccups between the tour and my time travelling alone after the tour. I felt very comfortable with the travel itinerary and every detail was well planned. I traveled alone for 10 days following the tour, visiting the Czech Republic, Hungary, and Romania. My agent had arranged for a car service to pick me up at each destination as well as knowledgeable tour guides to show me around the cities. Each guide was extremely friendly and made an impact on me through their storytelling and personal experiences in these formerly communist countries. In Romania, my tour guide and driver picked me up at the airport and I enjoyed two full days with them including a day trip to Bran Castle. When they dropped me off at the airport to return home, I actually found myself tearing up at the thought of never seeing them again. They had become my friends! As I am not one who usually cries, I quickly said goodbye and ran into the airport. 

While I was traveling, another agent at this company assisted me in obtaining a flight to Washington DC as I needed to travel there approximately one week after my return. Again, it was handled with precision and professionalism.

Traveling on my own as an older woman could have been difficult, but with the help of my travel company it was seamless.  I planned the itinerary that I wanted and the budget allocated for the trip and the people at this travel company helped it to become a reality.  Transportation and accommodations were set and some city tours as well.  On my wish list was a visit to Sucevito's painted monasteries in the North and this was set up with a driver/guide and an overnight stay in a wonderful guesthouse.  One of the most helpful tools was a cell phone which I received on my arrival in Warsaw which could be used to call the regional representative with any problems or questions.  All in all I was very pleased with this company's services...Gail S.
