We took our 20-year old grandson to Stockholm and Copenhagen for 8 days. Anna worked with us to tailor the trip to just what we wanted -- we built in some structured time with guided tours and lots of free time to wander and explore on our own. The hotels where she placed us were beautiful boutique hotels and were well located, especially the one in Copenhagen. Due to various train and track issues (completely unrelated to the travel agency), our 5 1/2 hour train ride from Stockholm to Copenhagen took 12 hours. Oh, the unexpected adventures when you travel!! While on the train we learned that the train company was giving full refunds. We contacted the travel company and within two days after we got home, we received the full refund applied to our credit card.

Great trip overall. Only a couple of hiccups and last minute changes and our agent worked through some odd hours to make it right. We needed in country assistance! It was a little tricky but worked out alright in the end, and we thoroughly enjoyed our trip. Our experience is that Zicasso does it’s job well of matching clients with the right agencies.

Anna and the team at the travel agency planned an amazing adventure - twice! Our trip was cancelled due to COVID and rescheduled the next year. Anna was responsive to all of our ideas and activity levels and planned a fun and engaging family trip for 6 (17-52 year olds). We had a few glitches with transportation due to late flights but Anna and team were responsive and helpful as we tried to navigate our options and get to our destination.

This is the third time I have used Zicasso for an overseas trip. I just returned from a tour of Scandinavia and had excellent service from every tour and driver set up through this agency. We used the travel company for our recent trip to Scandinavia. The whole team, led by Anna, were fast, efficient, and easy to deal with. I could quibble with a couple small things, but overall, it was a wonderful trip that came off without a hitch. We would certainly use them again.
