Natalie at our travel agency orchestrated an amazing family holiday for us which included a stay at a lodge near Kruger National Park and a hotel in Cape Town. It was designed to balance our adult daughters' needs for sunbathing and my desire to be on African Safari the entire trip. And I would say Natalie nailed it. Moroever, this trip started during the time of Covid, so I believe it was postponed not once but twice. Natalie diligently canceled and rescheduled flights. She advised us on when to buy tickets and worked to balance getting us the tickets we needed with the best price. She was attentive, listened, and delivered. I'd use her again if we return to South Africa. 

Incredible.Everything was expertly planned.Jessica stood out right at the beginning in our preliminary enquiries, she really listened to us and what we wanted and tailored everything immaculately to fulfill our needs. The travel plans went smoothly, drivers on time, and our safari guide was so informative and fun to be around. Off course there are always a few hiccups like our permit to Arusha national park was not uploaded which meant a very long wait at the gates before we could enter and our flight to Mafia Island, initially 2 flights from Seronera airstrip ended up being 4 flights which we didn’t know, and so this was a long and tiring travel day, had we known we may have chosen Zanzibar since there was a direct flight option from Seronera. The last concern was our flight home, initially 17:30 from Mafia Island but changed to 15:45 which was unfortunate since we had then 7 hrs to wait in Dar es Salam. We were informed a flight change but discovered tgat there was a flight leaving 17:30 so I don’t know what happened there. nevertheless, we still rate our trip highly. I had so many enquiries before the trip and the travel agency was very attentive and helpful and extremely patient wir my many questions. Jessica also checked in with us during the trip which was very nice. We always felt in good hands. We had lovely accommodation and just the best guide. 

We just returned from an amazing trip to Africa and it was due to the excellent job that Kirsty did in putting it together.  We had checked out a few different options during the planning stage and found that Kirsty "got us" very quickly.  She thoroughly knows the continent and frequently suggested options that were above the more "typical" itinerary.  She knows the hotels and areas thoroughly and could compare her suggestion to the ones other travel groups used.  Kirsty listens really well and nicely offered her perspective on things that were not ideal or wouldn't work that we found through google searches.  Our end result was a perfect itinerary.   She packed in everything we wanted within our time frame and our budget.  And we didn't feel that we sacrificed anything.  At each place that we went, the accommodations were over the top luxury and we were treated really well.  We also asked Kirsty to ensure that we were not on our as we worked our way through the various countries.  We really want our hand held and she set this up perfectly.  Every guide, greeter, and transporter was there waiting for us.  They knew our agenda and had all our tickets in hand.  Every guide was fantastic and willing to be flexible to our needs and requests.  Throughout the planning process Kirsty was very responsive and patient with all our questions.  She also was accessible while we away when we had a question.  This is a big trip and Kirsty made it an excellent experience for us.

Neil did an awesome job curating our 2-week trip. He helped us to minimize the travel time from Cape Town to our camp in Botswana (and onward to Zimbabwe and then back into Kruger Park area in SA).  Saw all the big animals in both Botswana and SA ... guides at "and Beyond" in Okavango Delta and in the game reserve in Sabi Sand respectfully were outstanding!

We had two couples based in the USA traveling together to South Africa. There were so many options of things to do and places to stay that we were overwhelmed. It started with a quick email and Tara responded immediately with an offer to help plan our trip. We must have gone back and forth with questions and plan modifications dozens of times. In the end, Tara managed to arrange the perfect vacation for all of us.Tara recommended Cape Town, the safari resorts near Kruger and then sent both couples to different resorts. We wanted scenery so we traveled to the hotel in White River area and our friends wanted Sun City. When flying back to the states - all 4 people decided that this was the perfect trip to South Africa for each of us and Tara made that happen. 

Our first Safari trip to South Africa fulfiled all of our dreams and expectations and then some. We had the trip of a lifetime and most of the credit goes to the travel team. From helping with the initial planning to making last minute changes they were fabulous. We were always made to feel very comfortable, from meeting us at every airport to assist with transport to reschedualing side trips to better meet our needs the travel team was on top of it all. We would not have had as good a trip as we did with out there help and guidence.  

Our honeymoon trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar was nothing short of the best trip of my entire life. Everything about this trip was spectacular and our travel company was very helpful throughout the process. We were helped by Andre. Not only was he very helpful and enthusiastic, but he also was very responsive, especially for two people who were very stressed in the middle of wedding planning. He never waited for more than 24 hours to respond, which is fairly quick. I did not have to call him at all throughout our whole trip because it was very well planned and all the information necessary was provided prior to us going. Since I have been back, I have not stopped talking about using Zicasso to plan trips and I also have not stopped talking about going on a safari. Overall, if you have the money to spend and are off from work in early February....GO TO THE SERENGETI! It's a once in a lifetime experience. Our private driver was absolutely amazing! So experienced and he took care of us very well.Zanzibar was amazing! We stayed at a resort (probably the best resort on the island). We were in paradise! Food was great in Tanzania and Zanzibar!Again, best trip of our lives!

My wife and I are big travelers and had very high expectations for a luxurious honeymoon to the Sabi Sands reserve, Cape Town, and the wine country, and all of these were exceeded.
