The travel agency was excellent to work with.Alessandra was so talented in planning and organizing an amazing trip to Italy. She made recommendations that greatly added to the experience. She has a fantastic network of contacts that she used to create a most memorable experience.She and her team were a pleasure to work with. We would work with her again, without any hesitation, to plan another trip to Italy!

Wow! We had a great trip. 4 weeks in Greece felt like just a few days. Nikos was a gem: he listened to our itinerary requests and fully embraced them, given us just the right kind of suggestions to enhance the experience. During the trip, he was just a click away to respond promptly to our occasional special requests. 

The travel agency did a great job understanding what trip we wanted and made great recommendations on things to do for our free time. This trip was geared around wine and clearly they know all the good spots in France. Communicating with them was easy through email and the iphone app was a great way to follow along with each itinerary. 

Marcus from the travel agency planned our amazing  itinerary. He provided guidence as to when to visit Morocco. We followed his advise and delay our trip on account of Ramadan and Eid. Every attention to details of itinerary was exhibited. He also prepared us with what to expect and discuused with us in great details before we started our trip. His local Morocco team was very helpful. Having same guide and Driver is a great idea. They were excellent, open minded and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They became our Moroccan family.I am BK  amputee and for me Marcus arranged shower chair and that helped a lot.I did talk to Zicasso and another travel agency for our visit to Morocco. I am glad I decided to go with this one. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and relatives going toMorocco.

The trip, organized by the travel agency, was amazing. In total, two couples a week on Italy’s Amalfi Coast and three weeks in Sicily. One couple continued on to the Calabria and Puglia regions for a total of 38 days. As one might imagine, a trip this long in so many regions was complex, especially because private drivers and local guides were arranged throughout We started working with the travel agency about seven months prior to the trip. Robert listened to our preferences and developed an amazing itinerary that included activities, such as mozzarella and cannoli making as well as archaeological explorations and city tours. Working with both Robert and the team was a delight. As one might expect, on a trip this long and complex there was the inevitable hiccup. The travel company's in-country support person was responsive and, ultimately, the few minor issues were resolved promptly. Robert came to the rescue one time when a hotel abruptly cancelled and the result was a better property with amazing sea views. Because the travel agency was so creative, thorough and reliable, all of us were able to enjoy the trip without worry or stress. 

We were exceptionally pleased with the travel agency and Stephane in particular. We were in three countries (Netherlands, Belgium and France) and we wished to do certain specific things (tulips, Vermeer show, Giverny) among others, and everything worked like a charm. We particularly enjoyed the locations of our 3 hotels, since we walk about a great deal and each one provided excellent access to sights and neighborhoods with high quality service. Stephane also provided excellent restaurant suggestions. We also thought the guides and drivers he engaged for us were top notch! As experienced travelers, we appreciated the high professional level of our personal guides. To be noted: Immediately prior to our trip there were riots in Paris, and Stephane kept us updated with emails and phone calls. He handled our safety and concerns with fine judgment.

We can’t say enough good things about our experience working with Lalo and the travel agency. After several phone conversations with him, it felt more like a friend was arranging a memorable trip to Spain and Portugal for us rather than a travel specialist. All we had to do was schedule our flights to and from Barcelona; Lalo took care of everything else. He paid very close attention to everything we requested, made suggestions for alternative/additional places to visit and provided us with a very detailed proposal. We could not have been more pleased with the results, and we could not have developed as good a program on our own.During the trip, everything went as planned, and from time to time, Lalo checked in with us to see how things were going. The hotels were all excellent, transfers/drivers on time, and guides knowledgeable and engaging. The one time we needed assistance at a hotel, it was taken care of immediately. We felt that Lalo took a personal interest in making sure everything went well on our visit to Spain and Portugal. He specifically requested particular guides in many of the cities and locations we visited and even arranged to meet us for ice cream while we were in Madrid. Lalo was a blessing to us. If we were to rate the trip on a five-point scale it would be a five. If we were to rate the personal services he provided through the travel company, it would be six on the five-point scale. We had a fantastic time and were able to see a great deal of Spain and Portugal in a relatively short period of time.

Luana at the travel agency was amazing!  She curated a fantastic itinerary for us all, with the hotels, private excursions and classes, train tickets, private drivers etc.  We couldn't have done this on our own, and even though Luana was in an entirely different time zone, she was accessible whenever we had a question, which was rare.  We felt so safe and secure knowing all the little details were taken care of for us.  All we had to do was enjoy the trip of a lifetime.  Which we certainly did!  Thanks Luana for helping make our travel dreams come true!
