We were exceptionally pleased with the travel agency and Stephane in particular. We were in three countries (Netherlands, Belgium and France) and we wished to do certain specific things (tulips, Vermeer show, Giverny) among others, and everything worked like a charm. We particularly enjoyed the locations of our 3 hotels, since we walk about a great deal and each one provided excellent access to sights and neighborhoods with high quality service. Stephane also provided excellent restaurant suggestions. We also thought the guides and drivers he engaged for us were top notch! As experienced travelers, we appreciated the high professional level of our personal guides. To be noted: Immediately prior to our trip there were riots in Paris, and Stephane kept us updated with emails and phone calls. He handled our safety and concerns with fine judgment.

Thank you for matching me with this travel agency! Cecilia was just lovely to work with, and she planned a perfect trip for us. As a single mom traveling with 3 boys, my priorities were safety, convenience, family-centered activities, flexibility, and fun. Cecilia took the time to get to know us and then chose appropriate activities that she knew we would enjoy. She created an itinerary with so much detail that each morning I simply had to look it over and set out for the day. It told me how to get to each activity, where we would find places to eat, shop, walk around, and what would be the best use of time each day. I received all the tickets for our activities and only needed to pull them up on my phone and present them. It was relaxing and easy as Cecilia took care of all the legwork and details. We won’t forget this trip! My kids and I had a wonderful time. 

The travel agency did a great job understanding what trip we wanted and made great recommendations on things to do for our free time. This trip was geared around wine and clearly they know all the good spots in France. Communicating with them was easy through email and the iphone app was a great way to follow along with each itinerary. 

We had a wonderful time in Italy.  We visited Venice, Naples, Sorrento, and Rome for 10 day trip with me and my wife.  We were a little nervous being in another country, but we were glad that we were able to contact our travel agent 24/7 if we needed to.  We were picked up at the airport and train stations and taken to our our hotels.  Our personal drivers were on time every time. They made sure we were on the right train and where we needed to be.   Everything went very smoothly.  We did have 5 tours scheduled but the one in Venice was canceled but at no fault of the company.  The other 4 tours were great. One group tour to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius, one small group boat tour to Capri island and 2 private tours to Colosseum and Vatican in Rome.  Our tour guides were outstanding.  Very personable. Spoke good English and took great care that we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves.   We stayed in 3 different hotels on our trip and everyone of them was top notch.  Especially our hotel in Sorrento with the ocean views on the hillside was fantastic.  

What a beautiful trip, thanks to Joel and the travel agency. The planning process went smoothly and Joel listened to our questions and concerns and worked with us to create a perfect itinerary for us. Each step in the planning process was completed expertly and Joel was available to answer our questions right up until we departed (and beyond). One week prior to departure we received all of our vouchers for every ride, train, tour and activity we had on our itinerary making the entire experience easy and seamless. We also really appreciated having a contact name and emergency number to call just in case we had difficulties along the way. Though luckily we never needed that information while traveling. We will definitely consider returning to France to see the parts we did not cover in this adventure and would consider using Joel and this travel company if we do!

The travel agency was easy to work with. They listened to our desires and worked with us throughout the process to ensure a seamless and worry free vacation. They paid attention to all the details. Our family had a fabulous memorable vacation. 

Overall, France is a beautiful country, full of beautiful sights and rich in history. From the Eiffel Tower to Chateau de Versailles to the Louvre Museum to Mont St. Michel, France is a country that should be on your must-go list at least once in your lifetime. With that said, be warned, fellow travelers! The famed rudeness of the French people and their reputed lack of customer service is alive and well. While this cannot be applied to everyone, we had some experiences with local people that could easily ruin someone's vacation and leave a bad taste in the mouth. Luckily, these events were able to be salvaged by good customer service from someone who came after or by Google Translate (as well as the fact that we were prepared for such encounters). However, it would serve you well to gird yourself for such potential experiences if the decision is made to go to France. These interactions, however, were ultimately not able to completely detract from the grandeur of the sights and the deliciousness of the French cuisine. We had a lot of fun learning about the history of the places we went to (especially the ones related to royalty) and trying out the local foods and our trip was, overall, a fantastic experience.The travel company did a phenomenal job with the organization of our trip. I will admit, though, that I had my concerns prior to the trip as I had much less communication from this company than I am used to. I have done quite a number of trips through Zicasso and the travel companies that I ultimately choose usually are quick to respond, reach out to me for progress updates with the planning and organization, and always contact me well before the date of departure to give me necessary instructions and documentations for travel. I did not really receive any of this with this company and I had to reach out myself several times in order to get the itinerary finalized and obtain the final details and documents. Ultimately, however, the trip went off without a hitch. Everything was well-coordinated, we had tickets and spots for every sight we wanted to see (plus some extra events), we had excellent driver guides, and such a smooth experience is really what you are ultimately looking for with a travel agency. I will say, however, that we did have one scare at the end of our trip where someone had taken the driver that was supposed to transport us to the airport and we were unable to reach the agency to ask for assistance or directions on what to do despite being given an emergency contact number. This was ultimately rectified by the hotel staff and transportation company but I shudder to think what would have happened if these two groups did not assist us the way they did. Overall, I would say that this was one of our most well-organized family trips. Additionally, the company was responsive to our trip requests and it even helped add in a wine tour midway through the trip at our request, which deserves huge props. In the end, the company did an overall great job with our vacation and we were able to enjoy France to the fullest.

              Our experience with Laurence and her assistant was outstanding. Laurence was responsive and attentive to our questions and always got back to us quickly. She put together a beautiful itinerary that included our requests and put together good drivers and outstanding guides. It was additionally so nice that Laurence and her assistant met us at our hotel in Paris to begin our trip. Such a personal touch and we loved it!
