We had an excellent trip to Peru! The travel company was able to work with us to evaluate different options for our trip. Also during the planning phase, there were questions around political unrest in the country, but the travel company founder spoke with us and talked through options and contingency planning, which we found very helpful. Ultimately the in-country situation improved, and we traveled to Peru. The trip was an incredible adventure and one we would certainly recommend to others.

Only 5 stars? I would give the travel agency all the stars in the sky if I could! From the early planning to a totally custom built itinerary to flawless execution Victoria and her team were never anything less than exceptional. From Victoria to her drivers and guides each and every individual was friendly, warm, caring, professional and really LISTENED and anticipated our every need. We were pampered by sparkling clean, new, comfortable transport vans, gorgeous and meticulously maintained hotels, and the most delicious food in the best restaurants. Talk about a stress-free, relaxing trip! Victoria somehow managed to book the first row seats in every in-country flight we took, so we were always first on and first off. When my husband had a little trouble with motion sickness on the high altitude drive to Colca Canyon our guide immediately offered up a local remedy that did the trick! If we wanted to stop along the way to take pictures of vicunas, our guide and driver were quick to find a safe place to pull over.  They were consistently prompt to pick us up in the morning, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history, culture and wildlife of each area. This trip went beyond our wildest expectations. It was a dream from first to last. If you are thinking about Peru, THIS is the only company you should consider to give you the trip of a lifetime. First and foremost, Joy at the travel company was amazingly professional, knowledgable, thorough, and prompt.  Her communication was outstanding, and she supported our trip every step of the way: from implementation and while in-country. Unfortunately, my family and I experienced health-related issues while on our trip, which resulted in mandatory quarantine.  Joy was with us every step of the way, coordinating with both our hotel owner to ensure that we had an ongoing safe place to stay, and with local health care providers to ensure that our needs were met and departure requirements satisfied.  She had daily contact with us for the length of our stay, at times checking in multiple times per day.  During one of the more stressful experiences that we've experienced as a family, she was a constant source of support and reassurance.  Her support even continued after we arrived stateside, to assist in document compilation for our travel insurance claim. We will not hesitate to recommend or use the company for future travels.  Joy genuinely cares about her clients, and will go above and beyond to exceed expectations on the one hand, and provide ongoing support and care on the other.We will always be grateful to her.  Oh, and the trip WOULD HAVE BEEN PHENOMENAL!  Her selections in terms of accommodations were beyond top notch. 

Our travel agency arranged a great 10 trip in Peru. The guides and drivers were all top notch in terms of courtesy and information about the sites. And when their knowledge was lacking, they had planned for site specific guides and the assigned guide helped with translation if necessary. Our tour did not include many meals, but the restaurants selected for the provided meals were excellent. I also thought the hotel selection was very good, most of the hotels focused on putting us in the city center so we could experience the community. I must also mention that while we were in Peru there was a good deal of protest activity, and our tour had to be restructured on pretty short notice. This was done very efficiently and effectively, and we were kept well informed about the information on the protests, road blockages, and airport closures. I would strongly recommend using this travel company....and I may if I decide to go back and see the areas I missed due to the protests.

Our travel agency put together an absolutely perfect trip. Our guide was interesting, knowledgeable, funny, professional, relaxed and flexible. Every aspect of our journey was fluid and smooth. If we had any questions or concerns, we simply sent Alicia a message and she answered immediately.Although it was all amazing, hiking into Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate can’t be described. It is 100% worth the effort and is something I will never forget.Our lodge near Ollantaytambo also left us speechless. The accommodations, food, staff, and adventures offered by this company are things that must be experienced if you get the chance.  All of it is truly unbelievable. I can’t thank our travel company and our guide enough. Overall I was satisfied with the services of this travel team. The availability before and during the trip was excellent. Proposed accommodations and itinerary was good. The local operators were good and flow less organization.
