Trip was well planned as far as including the variety of places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do. The logistics were well spelled out and easy to follow. My only suggestion here is that when including the walking directions from a train station to hotel, the name of the first road you need to walk on should be included. Locals have an easier time directing you to the road than to a hotel they may not know. The guides provided were all excellent and actually spent longer with us than expected. They all made sure we knew how to get to the next activity we had planned. One guide struck us as particularly exceptional. That was our guide who drove us from Grindlewald to Montreaux. Thomas, who worked with us on planning the trip, and Zala, who worked on logistics, we’re both responsive, competent and a pleasure to work with. 

Thank you. My family of 9 had a trip of a lifetime over this past Christmas holiday!!When planning the trip back in August, Zicasso connected us with Bjoern from our travel agency. Bjoern reached out to us within 24 hrs to discuss our thoughts and desires for this trip to Switzerland. He knew right away that we wanted to make this special. Bjoern executed a custom itinerary within a week or two using his expertise as a traveler himself while keeping in mind the requests we had made. The itinerary we received was perfect. Every detail was taken care of from the airport transfer to the beautiful hotel stays, to the ski rentals, the chalet rental and the timely return back to airport at the end of our stay.The most special part of the trip was witnessing the marriage proposal of our future son-in-law Spencer to our daughter Grace. Bjoern helped arrange this private moment with Spencer. Bjoern set up a photographer to capture the moment as well as flowers and champagne to celebrate after she said "YES". The location for the proposal was at a ski area near Les Diablerets, a stop we were making on our way to the Alps and our chalet. Everything was perfect! Bjoern put his own heart and soul in to this surprise for Grace, Spencer and our family. It was truly special - something we will never forget. Bjoern's guidance and knowledge of not only Switzerland, but of the neighboring countries was top notch. We learned a great deal on our journey. We all miss Bjoern as he became part of our family for those days he spent with us. We will remain in contact with him for sure. I would highly recommend Bjoern to anyone traveling to Switzerland and beyond. Thank you for referring Bjoern to our family.  

I cannot emphasize this one point strongly enough:  Jacob with the travel agency is a true professional in this travel arena and his attention to detail is beyond all expectations.  Jacob organized this trip for Clyde, who served proudly in the military and is honored as a Vietnam Veteran.  Clyde has a passion for history, especially the two World Wars.  Clyde's life-long dream was to visit Germany and see some of the places he has only read about.  Jacob arranged everything from boarding the plane in Miami... flying to Berlin... meeting him in Berlin and then touring Clyde north to south around the country for nearly two weeks.  Hotels, meals, transportation, tour guides, and every detail was meticulously planned for flawless execution while Clyde was in Germany.  Clyde remarked that he could not have dreamed of a better trip, a better host, or a better overall experience than what Jacob put together for him.  Thank you to the travel agency for your attention to detail and for your personal care and concern in making Clyde's trip simply the best! 

This trip, planned by the travel company, was exceptional!  Dev planned a meticulously designed tour of Italy for an intra-generational family of 7 (age 13 to age 80). Without her detailed knowledge of Italy and travel in general, we would have been lost and wasted tremendous time and energy.  With Dev, we had an unforgettable trip for which we simply had to show up...with EVERY consideration handled.  I am incredibly grateful I found Dev. I felt from the moment I spoke to her she was THE perfect person to plan our trip and this feeling only grew more strong as the travel planning began and ultimately finalized. We simply will not travel internationally in the future without Dev! My entire family agrees! Every detail of this trip was thought through from start to finish before we started the trip including spot-on recommendations that made the trip possible in ways that we had not yet even considered. Dev recommended a walker for my mother for certain activities and while my mother was resistant at first; we realized upon arrival, that this suggestion SAVED the trip. Without this aid, it would have been almost impossible for my mother to see what she wanted to see. On top of this, what really stood out to me were the ways that Dev took care of us while we were on the trip when we had problems or changes beyond our control. For example, our train had a change to a different station overnight. Dev ensured not only that we were aware but ALSO ensured a local contact was there to meet us at the train station to ensure once the driver dropped us off, that we would make it to the train. What a relief to be greeted by her!  On top of this, my father left an important medical device at home. I was able to locate it with a vendor but had no way to figure out how to obtain it. I mentioned it once to Dev and it was handled in short order.  Again, unbelievable support just when needed! And last but not least, this entire trip had to be entirely redone due to a new job for my son. She moved everything around and made it work without any issue! I simply cannot say how much this trip exceeded the expectations of the entire family.   Every time, I thought she had done all she could to make it special, something else would happen! I remember on the last night, after the gelato had been prepared, the chef brought out the most delicious cake I have ever eaten, for our anniversary! This is a perfect example, of how a day with Dev goes! Expectations always exceeded!Masterfully executed trip that we will NEVER forget. Thank you Dev and team!!! We will see you again!

Cindie from the travel agency planned a marvellous trip to London England and Paris France for my daughter and I.  She found the perfect hotels for us and booked the most amazing tours with expert guides.  Our walking tour in London with our guide was a highlight for us.  We felt like we had spent the day with a very knowledgeable friend.  In Paris, the highlight was most certainly our evening tour in the iconic 2CV car.  We truly felt like celebrities driving through the streets of Paris.  Our guide had chosen the perfect French music to play during our tour and planned our arrival at the Tour Eiffel perfectly so that we would arrive in front of it on the hour as the sparkling lights were turned on.  

Overall we had a great trip and accomplished our goal of seeing the Northern Lights, thanks to a cooperative clear night sky on one day. Bernhard was very helpful at the onset of recommending we spend a shorter amount of time on our trip in winter and return during the summer to see Scandinavia in its full colors.Communications could have been better by confirming that the client has received critical information. We also were presented with change options within two weeks of our departure, which was concerning. Also, it seemed that many of the experiences recommended to us in Norway were unfamiliar to the travel company. Additionally, when we were in country there were questions as to what experience had actually been booked, versus what was presented to us--again, just more clarity and descriptions of the activities would be helpful.Just to reiterate, we had a very memorable trip, enjoyed all of the activities and glad for Bernhard's recommendation to shorten our winter stay!  

Our family planned a German ski vacation about a year ago and looked to Zicasso as our guide.  The suggestions made by our travel planner (this travel team) and his German team made the trip one we will always remember!  We did experience some issues with the planned guides, but we resolved them without deterring from the enjoyment of the day and our planner made it right at the end of the trip.The Garmisch area we visited and the quaint villages we traveled through on our way to Innsbruck were truly awesome to experience.  It was just what we hoped for, and we received such personalized service that we will use Zicasso again.  We highly recommend this travel planner for anyone's German adventures!the S.
