The travel agency did a really great job getting us around Kathmandu, Nepal and India. We were taken care from being picked up at the airport in Nepal and dropped right at security in Delhi.Jay was great to work with as we had a 44 day trip planned including a cruise. He worked out a great tour with the 9 days we allotted him. The agency was very attentive to our needs.We had our driver and new found friend on the India portion of the trip which included the Golden Triangle visiting Agra, Jaipur, and Delhi. He drove us from city to city and worked with each of the tour guides in every local. He made sure we were happy and had plenty of cold water and comforts. He was always there as we came out of any of the many stops and sites.All the tour guides were very knowledgable and we learned many new things as we explored these different cultures.Overall, everyone was great and did a fantastic job! Overall, the value of this trip is an exceptional value.

Overall, a very positive experience. What I love about traveling is what you learn about yourself and how you respond. The travel agency offered the vehicle for this to become a reality. The agency and partners usually came through without a hiccup. There were three outstanding guides: one in Siem Reap, in Chiang Rai, and in Vientiane. They were knowledgeable and spoke excellent English. All accommodations were excellent and most guides offered restaurant suggestions within walking distance. The timing of tours and length offered the right amount of time to enjoy the highlights. Also, guides were able to add suggestions based on our interests.

It was very easy to organise the trip and the itinerary via email with our travel agent. He had some great ideas of fun things we could do and guided me towards what routes would fit best.On arrival in Bhutan we had a fantastic guide and driver. They took fantastic care of us, provided us with lots of information on the country and were great fun the whole time!Couldn't have asked for a better trip, thanks so much to everyone at this travel company for arranging it!

Overall, the trip was amazing and perfectly planned and executed. We loved the impromptu dinner with monks at a monastery and sitting in on evening prayers. Tiger’s Nest hike was great as was the Black Crain Festival. Our guide was excellent. Very knowledgeable, kind and informative. He felt authentic as a Buddhist and citizen of Bhutan. Our driver was also excellent. We felt very safe with him. He was always there when we needed him. Very nice guy as well.
The local travel agent was very helpful when we had an issue with one of our Bhutan visas--they checked in with us directly a couple times throughout the trip. Everything went according to plan—we had no issues.

Probably had the most outstanding trip of my life with this travel company and Zicasso. All guides were fantastic and look after every detail. The quality of the hotels were very impressive even though we booked at the comfort level and not the luxury level. Made me wonder what the luxury level would be. There was flexibility, surprises, and upgrades that just added that much more. Loved it.
