Incredible.Everything was expertly planned.Jessica stood out right at the beginning in our preliminary enquiries, she really listened to us and what we wanted and tailored everything immaculately to fulfill our needs. The travel plans went smoothly, drivers on time, and our safari guide was so informative and fun to be around. Off course there are always a few hiccups like our permit to Arusha national park was not uploaded which meant a very long wait at the gates before we could enter and our flight to Mafia Island, initially 2 flights from Seronera airstrip ended up being 4 flights which we didn’t know, and so this was a long and tiring travel day, had we known we may have chosen Zanzibar since there was a direct flight option from Seronera. The last concern was our flight home, initially 17:30 from Mafia Island but changed to 15:45 which was unfortunate since we had then 7 hrs to wait in Dar es Salam. We were informed a flight change but discovered tgat there was a flight leaving 17:30 so I don’t know what happened there. nevertheless, we still rate our trip highly. I had so many enquiries before the trip and the travel agency was very attentive and helpful and extremely patient wir my many questions. Jessica also checked in with us during the trip which was very nice. We always felt in good hands. We had lovely accommodation and just the best guide. 

We just returned from an amazing trip to Africa and it was due to the excellent job that Kirsty did in putting it together.  We had checked out a few different options during the planning stage and found that Kirsty "got us" very quickly.  She thoroughly knows the continent and frequently suggested options that were above the more "typical" itinerary.  She knows the hotels and areas thoroughly and could compare her suggestion to the ones other travel groups used.  Kirsty listens really well and nicely offered her perspective on things that were not ideal or wouldn't work that we found through google searches.  Our end result was a perfect itinerary.   She packed in everything we wanted within our time frame and our budget.  And we didn't feel that we sacrificed anything.  At each place that we went, the accommodations were over the top luxury and we were treated really well.  We also asked Kirsty to ensure that we were not on our as we worked our way through the various countries.  We really want our hand held and she set this up perfectly.  Every guide, greeter, and transporter was there waiting for us.  They knew our agenda and had all our tickets in hand.  Every guide was fantastic and willing to be flexible to our needs and requests.  Throughout the planning process Kirsty was very responsive and patient with all our questions.  She also was accessible while we away when we had a question.  This is a big trip and Kirsty made it an excellent experience for us.

If you are considering an outfitter to plan a trip to Africa, I cannot express strongly enough how much you should consider this travel agency!  I just returned from a 2-week “trip of a lifetime” safari that was originally scheduled to start one-week before the global lockdown.  My travel planner had created the most incredible trip to Tanzania to see the Serengeti and then to Rwanda to see the mountain gorillas. I was not sure how they would be able to handle the lock-down given the unknowns of travel for an unknown period of time.  The long-term nature of this travel company's relationships with their vendors coupled with the professionalism and integrity of their company resulted in the trip being rescheduled (a few times) without really any increase in costs and at the same exceptional accommodations and itinerary. The camps I stayed at were exquisite (5 star) and gave me such a personal feel of different ways to experience the Serengeti.  The personal guides in both Tanzania and Rwanda were beyond my expectations in their knowledge, passion, and dedication to supporting an exceptional client experience. Additionally, this travel company demonstrated at every step of the trip their personal commitment to ensure I felt safe and secure (given Covid concerns/requirements and unfamiliarity with the countries), and supported 24/7 with every question, no matter how small or large.   I hope to return to Africa again… and I would ONLY use this travel company.  Please consider them… and just give them a call.  From the very first contact, I knew this was the company with whom I wanted to build my trip of a lifetime adventure.  

Our honeymoon trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar was nothing short of the best trip of my entire life. Everything about this trip was spectacular and our travel company was very helpful throughout the process. We were helped by Andre. Not only was he very helpful and enthusiastic, but he also was very responsive, especially for two people who were very stressed in the middle of wedding planning. He never waited for more than 24 hours to respond, which is fairly quick. I did not have to call him at all throughout our whole trip because it was very well planned and all the information necessary was provided prior to us going. Since I have been back, I have not stopped talking about using Zicasso to plan trips and I also have not stopped talking about going on a safari. Overall, if you have the money to spend and are off from work in early February....GO TO THE SERENGETI! It's a once in a lifetime experience. Our private driver was absolutely amazing! So experienced and he took care of us very well.Zanzibar was amazing! We stayed at a resort (probably the best resort on the island). We were in paradise! Food was great in Tanzania and Zanzibar!Again, best trip of our lives!

The travel agency knocked this one out of the universe! This was our first trip to South Africa, and we had high expectations for our journey. On every turn, our expectations were exceeded with the highest quality, professionalism, and efficiency. Every need was anticipated that we hadn’t even considered. On the few occasions where we encountered difficulties, we reached out to our primary contact, and she responded out of nowhere with a steady solution each time, day or night. Our accommodations were plush and comfortable, the hotel staff we encountered were friendly and supportive, the transportation service was deluxe and reliable, and the airport handlers were helpful and efficient. The food and beverage service was top notch. We lacked for nothing. We felt like royalty throughout our travels to four destinations. We asked for a high-end experience, and that’s exactly what we received: luxurious accommodations, superior service, extraordinary amenities. No one does it better than this travel company! Danni and the team ROCK!!

Planning process was excellent with quick response times, amazing suggestions and a tailored experience that was perfect for my group of 6.This travel company ended up giving us an experience of a lifetime and there were very few aspects of the trip we would change.

To say our trip to South Africa and Mozambique was amazing is an understatement. This truly was a trip of a lifetime and absolutely fabulous from beginning to end! Sara left no stone unturned in planning every aspect of our journey, from the incredible accommodations, transports, safaris, and communication updates. Nell was wonderful assisting with our questions in Sara’s absence. Our agent did an awesome job coordinating the Airlink flights within South Africa, which was the best airline ever. We can not say enough about the experiences we had flying with Airlink. For a small airline, they do it right as does this travel agency. This is definitely a top notch travel agency. We highly recommend anyone considering travel to utilize your services. Never have we taken a trip where we have not encountered some type of issue, but this trip was perfect!!! Congratulations on a job well done!!!

Dan and Mandy from the travel agency are absolutely incredible to work with. We reached out for help planning our honeymoon. We didn't reach out in the most timely fashion and were incredibly stressed with wedding planning when we did. I had 1 conversation with Dan and that was all he needed to put together our absolute dream honeymoon. He somehow read my mind in ~20 minutes, made us feel incredibly comfortable traveling to a part of the world we had never been and immediately put us at ease that we were in good hands. Dan and Mandy helped us with every single step to make sure we were prepared for the trip so we could simply relax and enjoy it. They answered multiple rounds of questions and were flexible while providing their input as we finalized the details of our trip. Every detail was handled while we were on our trip and it felt like we had really good friends (with incredible taste in travel that we look up to) on the journey with us. We cannot recommend using the travel team to book your trip enough - these guys will be dealing with us for decades to come.
