Jelena did a marvelous job putting together a perfect itinerary for our recent trip to Croatia.  The hotels she chose were excellent, and the things she recommended to do and see matched our interests and timetable perfectly.  We had guides in each location we visited, who provided informative and knowledgeable overviews as well as local tips.  Our drivers were uniformly professional and engaging.  From both our drivers and guides, we learned a great deal about the Croatian people and their culture, which added a wonderful extra dimension to the trip.  Once in Croatia, we felt very well-supported by Jelena, and she checked in on us frequently to see how things were going, and to update us with our drivers' and guides' names for the next day.  We thought the trip was perfect, and were sorry we had to leave Croatia!  

The team at 14You Travel made our tour to Croatia amazing!  There were 12 people in our group and everyone agreed that it was planned perfectly. As one of the people that worked with her to plan, I must say made it almost effortless.  Our agent had our itinerary organized full of fun without ever feeling hectic.  Everywhere in Croatia, we felt safe and welcomed!  Truffles in Motovun, cevapi in Split, traditional Peka near Hvar, fresh oysters right out of the shell on the water in Ston!  All delicious! The history and beauty of the Old Town and City Walls in Dubrovnik left us all in awe.  AND we visited multiple wineries all along the way as well.  With all these highlights, she arranged tour guides that were reliable, informed, fun and proud to share with us why they love their home.  Truly wonderful memories!!We all sincerely loved every minute of the trip and everyone hopes to visit with our own families in the future...but not without calling our agent first!

Trip was well planned as far as including the variety of places we wanted to see and things we wanted to do. The logistics were well spelled out and easy to follow. My only suggestion here is that when including the walking directions from a train station to hotel, the name of the first road you need to walk on should be included. Locals have an easier time directing you to the road than to a hotel they may not know. The guides provided were all excellent and actually spent longer with us than expected. They all made sure we knew how to get to the next activity we had planned. One guide struck us as particularly exceptional. That was our guide who drove us from Grindlewald to Montreaux. Thomas, who worked with us on planning the trip, and Zala, who worked on logistics, we’re both responsive, competent and a pleasure to work with. 

Our private driver was very kind and helpful. He was very organized and made sure all of our transfers with tour guides and experiences were flawless.The group really enjoyed the truffle hunt and the oyster meals. I totally forgot to mention that a couple of us could not have dairy so that would have been nice to remember that on the meals :)Antonia was really helpful and listened to all of my requests and helped make all the random changes that we needed. She kindly greeted us in person and offered a nice wine. She was great!

Nico and the team were helpful, informative and communicative from the earliest planning stages to a personal phone call the day we left the Baltic countries for our return home.  Their hotel recommendations proved to be excellent choices and while I'm certain they treat all of their guests well I'm also certain that a booking from this travel agency received special attention and consideration.  Our guides were professional in every respect and we enjoyed our time with them.  Our drivers were prompt, courteous, and cautious.  The published itinerary, which included so many "extras" such as convenient restaurant choices and historical information on each locale, was the best I've seen and should be a model for other companies.  I applaud this travel agency for their fine work and I applaud Zicasso for using them.
