The travel agency did a great job understanding what trip we wanted and made great recommendations on things to do for our free time. This trip was geared around wine and clearly they know all the good spots in France. Communicating with them was easy through email and the iphone app was a great way to follow along with each itinerary. 

Our travel agency did a flawless job of designing and executing a very special vacation for my wife and I, and two of our grandsons (ages 15 and 16). I usually plan my own vacations, and enjoy doing it, but I knew I really needed help on this one. We wanted to take the boys to London, and among other things, to take them to a couple of Premiere League soccer matches. I really didn't know London, I had heard horror stories of soccer ticket scams, and I just needed someone knowledgeable, creative, trustworthy and, perhaps most of all, someone who could listen to us, and then create the trip of a lifetime for our grandsons. And that's exactly what this agency did!

Our trip was great.  Paula gave us recommendations on what to see and we were able to make adjustments on a daily basis with our guides.  We only had tickets arranged for a few places ahead of time so our schedule was very flexible.  Our guide in Dublin and our guide in Belfast were both very knowledgeable about their cities.  Our guide in Dublin spent more than the allotted time showing us the city.   Our driver/guide for most of the trip was knowledgeable and clearly very enthusiastic about sharing Irish History. Unfortunately our time with him was cut short when he became ill.  Paula stepped up and was able to find last minute replacements for the two days we had left before reaching Belfast. The brothers who replaced him made the two days very pleasant. Our driver to Bru na Boinne and the airport was very pleasant.  All our accommodations and breakfasts were good. The staffs at all the accommodations were very friendly and pleasant. Having a driver/guide was a bit pricey but well worth it. We were both able to relax and enjoy the scenery and were shown areas we probably would not have found on our own while avoiding some of the busiest places.

The travel agency was terrific in listening to what we wanted to see, hear, and do on our trip to Ireland, and then organizing a tour to fit those requirements for our enjoyment.  Claire and her staff were responsive, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable about all aspects of our trip. Our driver/guide was a perfect fit with our group of four as we toured. About halfway through our trip, our youngest daughter (who was on a separate 50th birthday trip to France) with her two sisters suffered a stroke in Paris.  Claire and our guide were caring, sensitive and incredibly helpful in assisting us negotiate through this unexpected and confounding event.  Our daughter’s husband was with us in Ireland and they arranged to quickly get us to Dublin so our son-in-law could fly to Paris that night; they also expeditiously changed/cancelled our prepared itinerary and hotels, and then reset an itinerary that allowed for us to spend more time in Dublin and the surrounding area for the remainder of our trip.

Eleanor from the travel agency was amazing. She planned our trip meticulously and thought of every detail. She tailored the trip to our wishes and gave us wonderful recommendations and restaurant choice’s throughout. The hotels she chose were first rate. She thought of every detail, including providing information on where to park. She was very responsive to questions we had while traveling. My wife and I could not have been more pleased with the experience she provided. 

We had a wonderful time in Italy.  We visited Venice, Naples, Sorrento, and Rome for 10 day trip with me and my wife.  We were a little nervous being in another country, but we were glad that we were able to contact our travel agent 24/7 if we needed to.  We were picked up at the airport and train stations and taken to our our hotels.  Our personal drivers were on time every time. They made sure we were on the right train and where we needed to be.   Everything went very smoothly.  We did have 5 tours scheduled but the one in Venice was canceled but at no fault of the company.  The other 4 tours were great. One group tour to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius, one small group boat tour to Capri island and 2 private tours to Colosseum and Vatican in Rome.  Our tour guides were outstanding.  Very personable. Spoke good English and took great care that we had a great time and enjoyed ourselves.   We stayed in 3 different hotels on our trip and everyone of them was top notch.  Especially our hotel in Sorrento with the ocean views on the hillside was fantastic.  

I had a great trip. The flexibility was helpful once on the ground.  All the important stuff was pre-arranged and it was really nice to have cars waiting for us for our arrival, touring and departure.  We didn't have to worry about those issues.  We went for a football week in England and the travel agency with Conor at the helm was excellent.  We had great seats and loads of fun.  I highly recommend them.  

Cindie from the travel agency planned a marvellous trip to London England and Paris France for my daughter and I.  She found the perfect hotels for us and booked the most amazing tours with expert guides.  Our walking tour in London with our guide was a highlight for us.  We felt like we had spent the day with a very knowledgeable friend.  In Paris, the highlight was most certainly our evening tour in the iconic 2CV car.  We truly felt like celebrities driving through the streets of Paris.  Our guide had chosen the perfect French music to play during our tour and planned our arrival at the Tour Eiffel perfectly so that we would arrive in front of it on the hour as the sparkling lights were turned on.
