Our trip was great.  Paula gave us recommendations on what to see and we were able to make adjustments on a daily basis with our guides.  We only had tickets arranged for a few places ahead of time so our schedule was very flexible.  Our guide in Dublin and our guide in Belfast were both very knowledgeable about their cities.  Our guide in Dublin spent more than the allotted time showing us the city.   Our driver/guide for most of the trip was knowledgeable and clearly very enthusiastic about sharing Irish History. Unfortunately our time with him was cut short when he became ill.  Paula stepped up and was able to find last minute replacements for the two days we had left before reaching Belfast. The brothers who replaced him made the two days very pleasant. Our driver to Bru na Boinne and the airport was very pleasant.  All our accommodations and breakfasts were good. The staffs at all the accommodations were very friendly and pleasant. Having a driver/guide was a bit pricey but well worth it. We were both able to relax and enjoy the scenery and were shown areas we probably would not have found on our own while avoiding some of the busiest places.

We took our 20-year old grandson to Stockholm and Copenhagen for 8 days. Anna worked with us to tailor the trip to just what we wanted -- we built in some structured time with guided tours and lots of free time to wander and explore on our own. The hotels where she placed us were beautiful boutique hotels and were well located, especially the one in Copenhagen. Due to various train and track issues (completely unrelated to the travel agency), our 5 1/2 hour train ride from Stockholm to Copenhagen took 12 hours. Oh, the unexpected adventures when you travel!! While on the train we learned that the train company was giving full refunds. We contacted the travel company and within two days after we got home, we received the full refund applied to our credit card.

The travel agency was terrific in listening to what we wanted to see, hear, and do on our trip to Ireland, and then organizing a tour to fit those requirements for our enjoyment.  Claire and her staff were responsive, competent, friendly, and knowledgeable about all aspects of our trip. Our driver/guide was a perfect fit with our group of four as we toured. About halfway through our trip, our youngest daughter (who was on a separate 50th birthday trip to France) with her two sisters suffered a stroke in Paris.  Claire and our guide were caring, sensitive and incredibly helpful in assisting us negotiate through this unexpected and confounding event.  Our daughter’s husband was with us in Ireland and they arranged to quickly get us to Dublin so our son-in-law could fly to Paris that night; they also expeditiously changed/cancelled our prepared itinerary and hotels, and then reset an itinerary that allowed for us to spend more time in Dublin and the surrounding area for the remainder of our trip.

We were exceptionally satisfied to work with Mr. Jorge from the travel agency.  He spent a great deal of time with us prior to the trip in order to get to know us by phone and in writing.  He did not try to fit us into a one size fits all package.  Instead, he attentively listened to our preferences and got a sense of our personas.  In so doing he designed our personalized dream vacation.  He made sure that our special needs were met. He provided us with first class guides, hotels and transportation.Whenever we needed to speak with him during our trip, he was available to us and responded with patients, grace and humor.  Mr. Jorge went beyond his usual services and arranged a vegetarian meal for our flight as well as to reserve a wheelchair for me.  He was even able to intervene on our behalf at the Madrid airport when we arrived and could not get a wheelchair that was specifically reserved for me.It has been a great pleasure for us to work with Mr. Jorge.  Thank you Ziscasso for recommending this travel agency.Sincerely,  Henie Kurzman 

Thank you for matching me with this travel agency! Cecilia was just lovely to work with, and she planned a perfect trip for us. As a single mom traveling with 3 boys, my priorities were safety, convenience, family-centered activities, flexibility, and fun. Cecilia took the time to get to know us and then chose appropriate activities that she knew we would enjoy. She created an itinerary with so much detail that each morning I simply had to look it over and set out for the day. It told me how to get to each activity, where we would find places to eat, shop, walk around, and what would be the best use of time each day. I received all the tickets for our activities and only needed to pull them up on my phone and present them. It was relaxing and easy as Cecilia took care of all the legwork and details. We won’t forget this trip! My kids and I had a wonderful time. 

We were very fortunate to work with Irene and her team at the travel agency on our recent 23-day trip to Greece.  They worked with us to craft an extraordinary vacation.From the very beginning, Irene was extremely responsive. We told her about our list of must-see destinations and a number of interests beyond those specific places.  Irene put together an itinerary that reflected all of our wishes and made additional suggestions based on our discussion with her. She worked collaboratively with us to flesh out specific details. Once in Greece, all of our logistics were handled remarkably smoothly.  Irene and her colleague met us when we arrived at the Athens airport, and discussed with us all of the final details. Each transition from one location to another  -- we stayed in eleven hotels overall, flew within Greece and took a ferry -- was trouble-free.All of our drivers showed up on time, wore masks (as we requested) and drove safely on roads that could be difficult.  Some of them shared information about the areas and sites as we drove.  In particular, we had a wonderful driver, who was extremely knowledgeable and a delight to be with, for a seven-day drive from Athens through the Peloponnese and then north to Thessaloniki.We had private guides at archaeological sites, museums and cities. One of us is very knowledgeable about and interested in archaeology and history; the other is very interested in photography. Irene had informed the guides of our interests and concerns, and they accommodated our needs.Our hotels were, almost without exception, excellent.  Some weren’t as comfortable as others, but they were charming and were among the best available in those locations.Most of our meals (other than breakfast) were on our own, but several were included in our itinerary, and were among the best meals of our trip.We had never before had a private tour, with private drivers and guides, so we weren’t sure what to expect.  Irene and her team made us very comfortable with all of the arrangements, and provided us with an extremely memorable vacation.  We highly recommend this travel agency.

The team at 14You Travel made our tour to Croatia amazing!  There were 12 people in our group and everyone agreed that it was planned perfectly. As one of the people that worked with her to plan, I must say made it almost effortless.  Our agent had our itinerary organized full of fun without ever feeling hectic.  Everywhere in Croatia, we felt safe and welcomed!  Truffles in Motovun, cevapi in Split, traditional Peka near Hvar, fresh oysters right out of the shell on the water in Ston!  All delicious! The history and beauty of the Old Town and City Walls in Dubrovnik left us all in awe.  AND we visited multiple wineries all along the way as well.  With all these highlights, she arranged tour guides that were reliable, informed, fun and proud to share with us why they love their home.  Truly wonderful memories!!We all sincerely loved every minute of the trip and everyone hopes to visit with our own families in the future...but not without calling our agent first!

We had a wonderful trip to Spain with the help of Ana and Sara from our travel agency.Both Ana and Sara responded quickly to our many questions and made all our Hotel Reservations in lovely Hotels and most of our dinner reservations.  We had incredible meals!They also arranged all the tours/guides that we wanted.  All of our guides were amazing.  They had great knowledge and were very kind.  They also provided us with directions to every Hotel and every Restaurant.We can't say enough about how well our trip was planned and the kindness of both Ana and Sara.We will certainly use their Company again when we return to Spain.Call them/email them!  You won't be disappointed!Mary Ann M.
