We had an excellent trip to Peru! The travel company was able to work with us to evaluate different options for our trip. Also during the planning phase, there were questions around political unrest in the country, but the travel company founder spoke with us and talked through options and contingency planning, which we found very helpful. Ultimately the in-country situation improved, and we traveled to Peru. The trip was an incredible adventure and one we would certainly recommend to others.

After a 3 year delay due to my daughter's shattered ankle, and our travel agency getting the Galapagos cruise to move the trip forward to May 2020 we were finally able to go on our long awaited journey. I had to make a decision in April 2020 to pay the balance in full so as not to lose my deposit. In doing so I put my FULL TRUST in Alfonso and our travel company. Interesting footnote (pun intended) I managed to fracture my fibula on March 27th,2022 with a May 3rd, 2022 departure date.  With a lot of travel scheduled to get to both destinations my daughter and I had a fantastic time in both destinations. The cruise was handled very well and we were able to participate fully in all of their activities. As we progressed to Peru guides and drivers were very timely and our accommodations were very nice. I enjoyed all of our tours as did my daughter. Alfonso himself came to meet with us in Quito which I thought was a lovely gesture. We were able with our guide's help to navigate all the way up to Machu Picchu Peak. I was the slow mover with my ankle but our guide made sure we got both up and down.  These were two trips of a lifetime and without any hesitation I would use this travel agency and Alfonso again. To have to part with so much money with the beginnings of a pandemic surrounding me I put my faith and trust fully in him and was paid back tenfold with the experience and the service received.   

First and foremost, Joy at the travel company was amazingly professional, knowledgable, thorough, and prompt.  Her communication was outstanding, and she supported our trip every step of the way: from implementation and while in-country. Unfortunately, my family and I experienced health-related issues while on our trip, which resulted in mandatory quarantine.  Joy was with us every step of the way, coordinating with both our hotel owner to ensure that we had an ongoing safe place to stay, and with local health care providers to ensure that our needs were met and departure requirements satisfied.  She had daily contact with us for the length of our stay, at times checking in multiple times per day.  During one of the more stressful experiences that we've experienced as a family, she was a constant source of support and reassurance.  Her support even continued after we arrived stateside, to assist in document compilation for our travel insurance claim. We will not hesitate to recommend or use the company for future travels.  Joy genuinely cares about her clients, and will go above and beyond to exceed expectations on the one hand, and provide ongoing support and care on the other.We will always be grateful to her.  Oh, and the trip WOULD HAVE BEEN PHENOMENAL!  Her selections in terms of accommodations were beyond top notch. 

The entire trip was amazing! From the very beginning, Zicasso and our travel agency travel worked with us on customizing our itinerary for a once in a lifetime mother/daughter trip to the Galapagos. They asked what was most important to us, our desired dates or timeframe, and budget. Then, over a few days, we emailed and chatted about our itinerary until it was perfect! I really felt that they listened to us and it wasn't the same trip that everyone else does. There was regular communication before our trip, so we knew exactly what to expect and we were very comfortable asking even the smallest questions. Throughout the trip we had warm hand offs from one point of contact to another. Our trip advisor even reached out several times throughout the trip to make sure everything was perfect. We learned that Ecuador produces the highest quality of roses in the world so we wanted to visit a rose farm. Even though it wasnt on our original itinerary, Jackie, our tour advisor, was able to make the arrangements so we could visit rose farm.  After the trip, we still had the support of Jackie and the company. I received an email from a hotel that appeared to be a bill. I was able to reach out to her where she explained it wasn't a bill and just showing there were not pending charges. I give my highest recommendation to Jackie, the travel agency, and Zicasso and look forward to using them again.  

Our trip to Galapagos and Quito Ecuador was Amazing!Everything went very smoothly with pick ups and day excursions. Our guides were so knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They spoke English very well and we learned so much during the time with them. We weren’t sure what to expect since we never used Zicasso before to travel. So we were very happy. The only issue we had was that our last day to Tortuga Bay did not match the description on our itinerary. It said we would be offered biking, horseback riding and snorkeling and there was none of that available. Although it was an absolutely beautiful beach, it was disappointing. We had added an extra day to our trip and we are not sure if it was worth the money. We would highly recommend this travel company because we were very happy with our hotels, guides captains and crews. It was an excellent vacation, other than that one issue.
