The travel agency (Rachel) gets a 5-star rating without qualification. Rachel was easy to communicate with and to work with. She was always very responsive. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in this first-time visit to Costa Rica (mainly a focus on experiencing the biodiversity of the country) and planned an itinerary for me and my daughter that matched exactly what I wanted. Our itinerary included visits to Tortuguero, Monteverde, the Osa Peninsula, and a coffee plantation outside San Jose. The tours and lodging she arranged were all outstanding. The sequence of the various places we visited and the pace of each day were perfect. Our guides were excellent. In-country transportation transfers occurred without a hitch. I highly recommend using this travel comapny when planning your trip to Costa Rica.   

I worked with Pierre on our plan for Costa Rica and he created a very detailed itinerary giving me various options to choose from.  In our actual trip, I didn't need to call Pierre once, all drivers and excursions came on time and everything went smoothly.  I was very happy with the plans and recommend Zicasso and the travel agency for others.

Overall, Costa Rica is a great destination and definitely worth visiting.  The people are amazingly friendly and the country is beautiful.  If you're coming from the U.S., it's a relatively short flight.  Also, if you're not comfortable traveling abroad, it is an easy place to visit as many people speak English and they accept dollars.  There are so many things to do from active adventures to lounging on the beach.  It is also a very ecofriendly and progressive country.The travel agency did a fantastic job planning our trip to Costa Rica.  Sylvia listened to all of our desires and designed an itinerary that matched.  We only requested one minor change to what she proposed.  Throughout the process she was very communicative and answered any questions we had.  Our luggage was delayed for the first day and they tracked the status of our luggage and made sure we had opportunities to purchase anything we needed until it arrived.  They also maintain an Operations Center, manned by the team, that was available 24/7 through WhatsApp to answer any of our questions or help if problems arose.  Occasionally if a pick-up was running behind schedule, we would reach out and they would contact the tour company to make sure everything was alright.  They even tracked down what type of coffee was served at a hotel that we particularly enjoyed.  We can't say enough good things about this agency.  We would definitely recommend and use them again.

This travel company -- especially Catalina -- was absolutely incredible! Catalina has to be one of the friendliest, most knowledgeable and so, so patient people I have ever worked with. Our trip arrangements were very difficult and complicated. Catalina put together the perfect trip for us, but very last minute we had to cancel due to the Covid situation in Costa Rica. Catalina was able to have the entire trip postponed for this February. About one week before  we were to leave, one of our party came down with Covid. Two of us were able to leave on time, two weren't. Again, Catalina came to the rescue -- making sure all the new arrangements went smoothly. We had the vacation of a lifetime! We were treated like royalty! Our drivers were very safe, fun and knowledgeable, the tour guides were exceptional, the hotels Catalina picked out for us were wonderful! From start to finish, the travel company bent over backwards to make sure our trip was perfect. And it was. Thank you Catalina and crew for your very hard work, dedication, knowledge and patience.

We had an amazing vacation in Costa Rica! This is an excellent travel company. They listened to our interests and helped us decide the best itinerary and activities. All of the drivers and guides were friendly and professional. The hotels were incredible—highly recommend the hotels in Arenal, Monteverde and the hotel near Manuel Antonio Park. 

The trip that this travel agency planned was fantastic! The accommodations were perfect. The transportation was always on time, and in a nice safe vehicle. We loved the adventures they planned for us. We would highly recommend them for your travel needs in Costa Rica! The agents were always accessible by phone or email. They even changed our zip line time to accommodate our schedule. They were always very responsive and helpful.

Wonderful trip to Costa Rica! Our travel agent, Mauricio, was able to set us up with an itinerary that matched us with some wonderful options on the trip prior to meeting up with friends renting there, and we were able to include our friends in 2 excursions as well. The guides and tours chosen were all top notch (and everyone was so punctual!!). The expertise of guides was much appreciated, especially in the nature preserves. The travel agency was very easy to deal with and responsive to questions and variations on trip planning. Every step of the itinerary went off smoothly.  

Sonia organized everything very well for us. It was our first time in Costa Rica and we turned her loose....telling her our arrival date and departure along with some things we think we would enjoy (not specifics....basically see some animals, see the beach, snorkel). We didn't want to spend our time trying to research when we could utilize a local to make the decisions and set things up. Everything went well and we saw a lot.Sonia was available anytime we needed her, which was important to us.
