Excellent in the pre-planning stages.  Listened and responded to the group's wants and desires. Execution flawless.  Great accommodations, fantastic driver and quick to react when we made changes on the fly.  Very good local guides provided in each destination that required it.  Always got us restaurant reservations and our driver was available to us at any time.  Can't say enough about this company.  5 stars well deserved. 

Marcus from the travel agency planned our amazing  itinerary. He provided guidence as to when to visit Morocco. We followed his advise and delay our trip on account of Ramadan and Eid. Every attention to details of itinerary was exhibited. He also prepared us with what to expect and discuused with us in great details before we started our trip. His local Morocco team was very helpful. Having same guide and Driver is a great idea. They were excellent, open minded and very knowledgeable and trustworthy. They became our Moroccan family.I am BK  amputee and for me Marcus arranged shower chair and that helped a lot.I did talk to Zicasso and another travel agency for our visit to Morocco. I am glad I decided to go with this one. I will definitely recommend them to all my friends and relatives going toMorocco.

Aziz at the travel agency was a pleasure to work with.  He developed an amazing itinerary for our family's first trip to Egypt.  He worked with us on the activities, cruise, and times at each location.  He was always pleasant and very helpful answering all of our (many) questions.  The company staff during our trip were all polite and professional.  The vehicles were clean and the staff at every location was always helpful. In Aswan, they accommodated a late change in sites where we added a site and skipped another with no issue.

We just returned from an amazing trip to Africa and it was due to the excellent job that Kirsty did in putting it together.  We had checked out a few different options during the planning stage and found that Kirsty "got us" very quickly.  She thoroughly knows the continent and frequently suggested options that were above the more "typical" itinerary.  She knows the hotels and areas thoroughly and could compare her suggestion to the ones other travel groups used.  Kirsty listens really well and nicely offered her perspective on things that were not ideal or wouldn't work that we found through google searches.  Our end result was a perfect itinerary.   She packed in everything we wanted within our time frame and our budget.  And we didn't feel that we sacrificed anything.  At each place that we went, the accommodations were over the top luxury and we were treated really well.  We also asked Kirsty to ensure that we were not on our as we worked our way through the various countries.  We really want our hand held and she set this up perfectly.  Every guide, greeter, and transporter was there waiting for us.  They knew our agenda and had all our tickets in hand.  Every guide was fantastic and willing to be flexible to our needs and requests.  Throughout the planning process Kirsty was very responsive and patient with all our questions.  She also was accessible while we away when we had a question.  This is a big trip and Kirsty made it an excellent experience for us.

Every now and then, during our visit to Egypt, my husband and I would turn to each other and say, "This is the trip of a lifetime!". And it was.Flawlessly organized by the travel agency, our nearly two-week, private trip to Egypt (with an extension to Petra, Jordan) was beyond all our expectations. Amr worked with us to plan the perfect itinerary. He listened to everything we wanted to see and do, as well as suggesting sights we weren't aware of.In Cairo, our destination manager made sure everything went smoothly. Our Egyptologist guides were experts about everything we were seeing and great story tellers. They made ancient Egypt come alive for us. Plus, their guidance about modern Egypt was invaluable. And out Jordanian guide helped us discover the magic of his country, especially Petra.From our expert drivers to the people who greeted us, accompanied us, and guided us through the airports, our trip was perfect. The transportation supplied was excellent and the hotel accommodations the travel agency arranged for us were fabulous.I've been wanting to see Egypt for most of my life. This trip was everything I had dreamed it would be and more. Thanks to our travel agency, this really was the trip of a lifetime! Thank you!!!

TRIP OF A LIFE TIME WITH OUR TRAVEL AGENCY TO ISRAELThis is a first rate tour company.  LeeAnn and the team took care of everything from transfers, hotels, spa requests and tour.We were matched with an outstanding guide.  He made the trip one I won't ever forget.Because of him the tours were fascinating, informative and custom tailored to our culinary, cultural interests and physical stamina level.This was truly a trip of a lifetime. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hiking through Timna Park (one of the most beautiful National Parks in the World) with this great guide at the helm, made this a memorable experience.The icing was a show they booked in Eilat called the WOW Vegas show.This was a family friendly cirque de solie show done as a theatre production. The airlines had an unforseen delay which required us to stay overnight.The travel agency arranged all the additional transfers and hotel reservations.I think this must be one of the leading private tour companies in Israel.Personally would recommend using them if you want a grand experience in Israelnot cramped with 40 plus people and truly want to enjoy the sights and sounds of Israel.

The travel agency put together an amazing and authentic trip for us.  Our group saw, felt, tasted and “experienced” Morocco in a way we never would have had we planned and booked this trip ourselves (and we often do just that.)  They arranged several well appointed Riads and one amazing hotel in the Atlas Mountains.  A big “Thank You” to Radia (our Senior Sales Manager who planned our trip) who gently persuaded us not to opt for a different place and itinerary to end our trip.You won’t be disappointed if you work with this travel company - just let them know what you prefer for accommodations, etc. and they’ll make it happen.  The crown jewel for our trip was our TRIP MANAGER and driver (nicknamed ZaZak).  He was with us from the time we arrived at the Casablanca airport until the time we departed from it.  He is the most caring person you’re likely to ever meet.  He made us feel comfortable, safe and was available non-stop for two weeks.  He checked in with us, via Whatsapp, to make sure everything was going well and meeting our expectations.  He coordinated with our guides to make sure they met us and dropped us off at various locations when and where planned.  There’s so much more I could say about him but I’ll end with - when we met him in the morning he made us smile and when he left us at the airport we were close to tears.  We’ll be staying in touch with him.  Great trip . . . Great company . . . Great people!

So first, the trip was supposed to cover three countries.  Neither my friend nor I could really afford or had the time to do all three, so we asked if we could just do one country, Egypt.  Sure no problem was the answer! A complete customized trip just for us.  It can be a little daunting arriving at a foreign contry's airport where you don't speak the language, which is why it was so great so have someone meet us at each airport, and have someone ride with us to the hotels.  The hotels were great; clean, roomy, with the friendliest staff.  And the food at the restauants was out of this world.  Especially the pastires.  One of our guides was such a sweetheart and oh so knowledgable.  Our other guide seemed to know just how much we cold manage in one day.  The drivers were amazing, but we did not get their names....they met us at the airports and guided us through.  There was another gentleman, I forget his name, and they were so helpful.  Egypt was a bucket list trip for me.  I had never dealt with Zicasso before, but they will be the first I contact for future trips.  Becky K.
