Emily goes far and beyond! Our trip was wonderful and free of any stress and worry as Emily handled everything. If there were any questions, whether prior to the trip and during, she responded immediately. When we needed more time at a location, she took care of it and let the driver know. Not only this, but all her recommendations, itinerary, reservations (hotel, tours, restaurants...) and visits on our trip to Spain were amazing. The tour guides and drivers selected were wonderful too. She even reserved our train tickets and flights within Spain. This was such a special trip that I wish Emily could plan all of them!!! The pricing was reasonable too, especially for all that we were provided. She is so great that we already recommended Emily to my sister and several friends. Emily gets an A+++++. Our travel agency did a flawless job of designing and executing a very special vacation for my wife and I, and two of our grandsons (ages 15 and 16). I usually plan my own vacations, and enjoy doing it, but I knew I really needed help on this one. We wanted to take the boys to London, and among other things, to take them to a couple of Premiere League soccer matches. I really didn't know London, I had heard horror stories of soccer ticket scams, and I just needed someone knowledgeable, creative, trustworthy and, perhaps most of all, someone who could listen to us, and then create the trip of a lifetime for our grandsons. And that's exactly what this agency did!

Catarina and David were attentive and so helpful. I felt that they stayed connected and on top of everything without being obtrusive. My family and I did not need to worry about one thing. The properties that they recommended for our accommodations while in Belize were spot on. They curated a meaningful and culturally unique experience for my family that we will never forget. I’m so thankful to our travel agency and the people we had an opportunity to meet in Belize. Definitely this trip far exceeded any of my expectations.

Penny from the travel agency was an incredible travel planner.  Our travel planning was a bit out of the ordinary, primarily because our original travel plans had to be postponed due to visa delays...after we had already fully booked the trip.  Penny planned an amazing initial itinerary, based on careful consideration of our strongest interests and preferences.  When that original itinerary had to be rescheduled, Penny did not miss a beat...she was able to largely preserve our initial (and ideal) itinerary, but also went to great lengths to ensure our rescheduling costs were kept to a minimum.  When we were finally able to take our long-awaited trip to Australia, we were not disappointed.  The trip, and itinerary, exceeded our expectations.  We can't thank Penny, and the travel agency, enough for sticking with us throughout a challenging travel planning event, and for delivering an amazing trip that we will never forget.

The travel agency (Rachel) gets a 5-star rating without qualification. Rachel was easy to communicate with and to work with. She was always very responsive. She listened carefully to what I was looking for in this first-time visit to Costa Rica (mainly a focus on experiencing the biodiversity of the country) and planned an itinerary for me and my daughter that matched exactly what I wanted. Our itinerary included visits to Tortuguero, Monteverde, the Osa Peninsula, and a coffee plantation outside San Jose. The tours and lodging she arranged were all outstanding. The sequence of the various places we visited and the pace of each day were perfect. Our guides were excellent. In-country transportation transfers occurred without a hitch. I highly recommend using this travel comapny when planning your trip to Costa Rica.   

We were specifically looking for a family travel planner for Greece. From the get go the interactions with this travel company and Eleni were very professional. She understood what we wanted from the trip and helped us plan a dream vacation. We had a perfect vacation in Greece. It included a very kid friendly mythological guided tour in Athens. The kids participated in mythological comic making workshop. We then spent our days in the island of Naxos and the stay as well as the excursions were very well planned. They helped us throughout the trip and were very responsive. They went above and beyond by checking us in to our flights.They even arranged for a surprise birthday cake for my sons birthday, delivered at our restaurant at dinner.Overall the best experience we’ve ever had with a travel company. 

This is my fourth trip booked with Zicasso, not only do I recommend them but I would not hesitate to use them again. The travel agents they use are excellent. They listen and craft the prefect trip. The service and follow up is exceptional.It was a pleasure dealing with the travel agency from beginning to end. Haley was wonderful to deal with. She listened to what we wanted and put the perfect trip together. All the guides and drivers were top notch. She made our travels care free. 

Every five years my husband and I do a long trip somewhere for "big" anniversaries.This is my husband and my second big trip using Zicasso.  Our first trip was an incredible journey through Scandinavia five years ago.  Part of me thought it was just dumb luck we got the best travel agent/support team on the planet for that trip.  It was amazing.  Now, for our 40th anniversary we figured we would try Zicasso again.  We went to Japan, a gorgeous country with very different cultural touchstones (food, language, etc.).  We had several friends mentioned struggles upon traveling in Japan.  All of them advised we think twice about going because of the struggles.  Well, our two week trip to Japan actually topped the previous trip to Scandinavia!  It was unbelievablly well thought through, coordinated and curated.  I cannot IMAGINE doing what we did without the backup support Alex (the talented agent we dealt with).  Thank you for the trip of a lifetime.
