Penny from the travel agency was an incredible travel planner.  Our travel planning was a bit out of the ordinary, primarily because our original travel plans had to be postponed due to visa delays...after we had already fully booked the trip.  Penny planned an amazing initial itinerary, based on careful consideration of our strongest interests and preferences.  When that original itinerary had to be rescheduled, Penny did not miss a beat...she was able to largely preserve our initial (and ideal) itinerary, but also went to great lengths to ensure our rescheduling costs were kept to a minimum.  When we were finally able to take our long-awaited trip to Australia, we were not disappointed.  The trip, and itinerary, exceeded our expectations.  We can't thank Penny, and the travel agency, enough for sticking with us throughout a challenging travel planning event, and for delivering an amazing trip that we will never forget.

Overall, David and the team prepared a fantastic month long journey through Australia and New Zealand!  We loved every minute of it.  David was excellent in listening to what we wanted to do, and what we did not want to do...and crafted a trip accordingly.  Over the course of our trip we had a few mishaps (cancelled flights and a cancellation by one of our tour guides) but David and team were monitoring and kept things moving.I would definitely recommend the travel agency again for their responsiveness and openness to orchestrating the trip you desire!

  Kate at the travel agency was very helpful in helping us plan our trip to NZ.  She listened carefully to our requests and concerns and responded with new ideas when necessary.  She was especially helpful when we had to change a few days of the trip due to the cyclone that hit the North Island. 

Karen is a superb travel planner and most importantly human being.  She listened well to the needs of my husband and I as she planned our trip and provided an experience that surpassed our expectations. There was a perfect mix of time on our own where we could simply explore and immersion into the history and culture of New Zealand.   A very telling fact that kept reoccurring was the high esteem her guides held for her and their comments as to her attention to detail.   Karen also personalized the trip once we arrived in New Zealand.   She stayed in phone contact with us, took us on a hike in Nelson and personally picked us up and returned us to the airport. My family has traveled throughout the world on very high-end tours and have never had the personal relationship and experience that Karen offered.  The tour guides she chose for us were in and of themselves interesting, and intelligent ambassadors for the area the area and region we were exploring.   They were an excellent reflection of Karens values and attention to detail.   Karen's choice of accomadation was also excellent.   I give her and  her team the highest marks!Janet

Our trip to the South Island of NZ was well planned. We spent a week in the Marlborough area. Lovely train ride from Christchurch to Picton where we spent 3 nights. We went on 2 mail boat cruises in 2 different sounds. Our accommodations in Picton were exactly what we wanted. Small, well appointed hotel with a lovely restaurant. Our transition from train to car rental went smoothly. next up was our 3 day hike in Abel Tasman Park. We loved the hiking and the other tourists in our group. I highly recommend the lodging and food was lovely.  My only recommendation is to let clients know this is not an easy hike. There are up and down hills. We were the oldest members of our group. Most were in their 60’s. We did fine but the hike was more than my husband anticipated. Nevertheless we did enjoy the scenery, lodging, food and guides.Our favorite 2 nights were at the retreat in Nelson. Absolutely fabulous. We were tired and worn out from hiking so 2 days at the retreat was a treat. Great food, surroundings (pool and hot tub). The owner even did our laundry! A bonus. She even made dinner reservations for us and arranged transportation so we didn’t have to drive.our last night at a hot springs place was our least favorite. Food was fine but the hot springs were too rocky for me to go in. Rooms were nice and there was a steam room and massages. I think I was just ready to go back to Christchurch. It was very popular. Lots of people. Franck arranged a wonderful trip for us and I would highly recommend this travel company.Ellen 

I couldn’t have been more happy with our trip and the experience with the travel agency and Sarah specifically. She was amazing! She asked what our priorities were and what our budget was and I told her what activities were most important to us and she planned us the most incredible vacation of a lifetime! Our family will remember this trip for the rest of our lives! It was so much fun and everything weren’t so much more smoothly because of Sarah’s help. She made our life so much easier and made our vacation preparations so much easier! We will use her again and hope many others will as well. Our hotels were wonderful, our activities were fantastic, and our rental cars and itinerary were perfect!!Thank you for making this vacation so special for our family! This was absolutely the trip of a lifetime!!  New Zealand is the most beautiful country I have ever visited.  The hiking, scenery, points of interest are so easily marked, well maintained and the care for their country is obviously a priority for the country.   We spent 3 weeks in February touring New Zealand.  Most of our time was driving south island.  Driving on the opposite side of the road was much easier than expected, mostly because the road signage is clearly marked for driving direction, turns and roundabouts -so don't be nervous.  Plus, the citizens and other visitors are so kind and friendly.Our agent, Geoff with the travel agency was excellent.  I gave Geoff a tentative itinerary of what we wanted to see, his expertise, advice and insight gave us a trip beyond our dreams.  He thought of everything, from maximizing our time to see the best of the best, most efficient logistics in traveling around to maximize our stops, our accommodations were beautiful.  We didn't have a bad stay anywhere in our 18 days.  He choice of excursion companies was also top notch.  He even booked our seats on the side of the plane with the best view on the inter-island flights - it was those little things that added up to really enhance our trip.Geoff was also a good communicator, he called me several times to discuss excursions, places to stay/stop, and points of interest.  He gave wonderful tips as well.  Also, the app of our itinerary was the best - all our information was at our finger tips - hotel, excursions, flights, directions, contact info all in one place!I highly recommend Geoff to plan your trip, I felt very fortunate to have found him.  I credit the success of this perfect trip to him and his team!!
